We wanted to get out of the office and check out how Toronto was spending Cannabis Legalization Day.

We pride ourselves around here knowing the city through and through – we keep half an eye on everything from entertainment to real estate and try and see the consistencies and potential trends. Drawing inspiration from the city around us helps us stay relevant. 

It’s a pretty rare thing when a trend we as a country, have been watching develop for probably the past twenty years into an actual real possibility, and then crazier into stark reality.

Weed did it. It’s legal. Cannabis is legal in Canada.

To capture a day like that is an opportunity we didn’t want to miss, so naturally we grabbed the camera and checked out what Toronto was up to the day of legalization.
