FREE Lunch on King West!

Well, thanks Toronto! That’s correct. The City of Toronto has opted to buy it’s residents, tourists and well-wishers in town a free lunch. In a partnership with the Ritual App – an app that reserves food so you can avoid pesky lines – Toronto has pledged $250,000 to buy you the lunches of your choice (two per person) at a number of restaurants on King West.

The promotion is an effort to ease the transition into the King Street Pilot project – which limits the vehicular travel along the stretch of King Street between Bathurst and Jarvis St.
