The Brands at Hollywood North 2018

I want to talk about the Hollywood North film fest party and our awesome sponsors.

First, if you’re not aware of Hollywood North it’s an annual networking event produced by Mode Events, Toronto Creatives and Canwood Entertainment during the Toronto International Film Festival season. The event is meant to provide a platform for independent Canadian artists and filmmakers to network and connect with entertainment executives and movie industry professionals that are in town either because they work here – or are here for TIFF.

2018 was the fourth year for the party and first year for the Hollywood North Style Lounge, a gifting and style suite located at King and Spadina – right next to the Bell LightBox. The lounge featured 15 independent Canadian men’s and women’s fashion designers as well as brands that came on board purely to sample their products to guests.

Hollywood North was incredibly fortunate to partner with some pretty amazing brands this year, including the presenting sponsor Playbook Hub and Volvo Cars Canada. We want to take a moment now and thank our 2018 sponsors.
